Part 1 : Automatic Spot Welding Machine

• Main Body:Adopt the reinforced special design steel structure body with gantry type structure. According to the sample, it is designed gantry type stucture with 6 groups of welding heads. Maximum welding width is 1000mm while the feeder length is 4000mm. It adopts reasonable stress center of gravity to ensure the stable intensity of the main body when conducting fast speed welding. At the meantime, it could provide stress supporting point and working platform for other actions.

• Power Source System: Adopt 4sets of 100KVA medium frequency inverter welding source. Maximum short circuit current is 21000A. Duty cycle rate reaches 25%. The three-phase power supply is under rectifying through a special inverter and converted to1000Hz AC voltage and then be transmitted to a medium frequency transformer to be rectified so as to provide DC welding current. Compare with general AC pulse power supply, this kind of power source could be fast and precisely adjusted. Small impact to the power grid and lower requirement for the power grid compare with the single-phase welder of the same capacity.

• Welding Control System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer quick response touch controller, all-digital control, simple and clear operational interface. Automatic testing and compensation which could guarantee the situation that the machine will be at work only when the current value is in the preset data so as to ensure the stability of welding effect and effective prevention of undesirable phenomena like loose welding and cold joint. The features of quick response and high precision of control may help you obtain high quality of welding spots.
