Guangdong Hwashi Technology Inc. (“HWASHI”), a resistance welding equipment and welding robot manufacturer established in 2001, is presenting its full range of condenser welding machines and wire tube condenser production lines to refrigerator, HVAC, and heat exchanger manufacturers worldwide. The range now covers more than fifty machine configurations, from compact single-cell welders for small batch production to twelve-head gantry systems built for continuous high volume output.
With roughly 70–80% of its output exported and more than 5,000 customers served, HWASHI has built its condenser welding program around the specific bottlenecks that coil factories face: leak-free joints, repeatable positioning, and cycle time that keeps pace with upstream tube bending and wire straightening equipment.
Condenser welding is rarely a standalone step. A finished refrigerator or HVAC condenser requires several matched stations, and mismatched equipment is one of the most common sources of scrap and idle time. HWASHI supplies the complete sequence:
| Model | Configuration | Key parameters | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| WL-MF-160K | Six-head automatic wire mesh welder | 440 V 3-phase, 120 A primary current, 26 kA max short-circuit current, 1300 × 950 mm effective welding area, 300 mm/sec feeding speed | Standard refrigerator condenser coils |
| WL-MF-200K | Twelve-head gantry type | 0.5–0.8 m/sec welding speed, wire 1.0–6.0 mm, mesh 50×50 to 150×150 mm, PLC + touch HMI | High capacity continuous lines |
| WL-HS-300K | Eight-head high speed | Up to 1.0 m/sec, 2.5 s cycle per mesh, wire 1.2–5.0 mm, CNC servo drive | Fast cycle, high mix production |
| WL-SQ-MF160Kx2 | Compact inline cell, MF DC | 600–1000 mm adjustable welding width, dual-fixture feeding, water circulation cooling | Retrofit into existing assembly lines |
| WL-MM-180K | Multi-material welder | Stainless steel, copper, and aluminium wire mesh in one platform | Mixed material coil programs |
| WL-ECO-250K / WL-LP-100K | Inverter, energy saving | Low power consumption, compact footprint, small batch configuration | Pilot lines and custom batches |
On the newer high-speed platforms, medium-frequency DC (MFDC) transformers replace conventional AC welding transformers. The DC output produces a tighter current waveform, which reduces spatter on thin low carbon steel wire and gives a more consistent nugget diameter from the first weld of a shift to the last. Combined with servo-driven electrode positioning and a two-station feeding fixture system, the machine keeps welding while the operator loads the next set of frames — the practical basis of the 2.5 second per mesh cycle on the WL-HS-300K.
Effective welding width is the parameter most often customized, with 600–1000 mm offered as standard on the compact and high speed platforms and wider gantries available on request. Minimum order quantity is one set, supply ability runs at 40–50 sets per month depending on model, and delivery is typically 25–45 working days after deposit. Machines ship in export-grade plywood cases with anti-rust film, and payment terms are L/C or T/T.
Guangdong Hwashi Technology Inc. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in resistance welding machines and industrial welding robots. Founded in 2001 with 150–200 employees, the company designs, manufactures, and exports complete welding lines for household appliances, compressors, automotive parts, and HVAC components, with customized machine development available for customers who need tooling matched to their own coil designs.
